July 2008
Dear Parents: Our 2008-2009 school year is quickly approaching. Before our first day of school, August 25th, we have several important dates: Wednesday, August 13th is Registration Day 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. At the present time we have your child(ren) pre-registered for the 2008-2009 school year. Even if your child is pre-registered, we need to have you come in to start or update files, make first tuition payment, etc. If your intent has changed regarding your child(ren)s enrollment at Clover Trinity this coming school year, please let us know as. You may reach us by calling the school at 326-5198.
WHY REGISTRATION DAY? FILES STARTED OR UPDATED: The State of Idaho requires a copy of a birth certificate and a current immunization record in each student’s file. If your child has not attended Clover in the past please bring the following information with you: Immunizations required before attending school are: 2 doses MMR; 5 doses DPT or DT; 3 doses Polio Vaccine; and for all students born after Nov. 22, 1991, 3 doses Hepatitis B. We will also update all addresses, medical conditions, emergency file, etc. FEES ARE PAID: A copy of your 2008-2009 school year account statement has been enclosed to help you understand your fees. The tuition fee can be broke down into 10 or 12 monthly payments. The registration fee and at least one month tuition fee along with one month bus fee (if services are requested) are to be paid on Registration Day, August 13th. For families paying the tuition fee in full on Registration Day will receive a 5% discount on the tuition fee. REMEMBER… if you bring a new family into the school, you will receive a $200 credit on your account! Please note, due to fuel costs, bus fees have been raised to $75.00 a month per family. LUNCH PROGRAM: If your child will be participating in our hot lunch, a separate account will be set up. ATHLETIC AND ELECTIVE FEES: Clover Trinity Lutheran School has a $15.00 Athletic Fee for all students, grades 5-8. (This fee has been added to your billing if applicable to your child.) PTO: It is the parents who make our school function. We encouraged all parents to be active in our school and their child(ren)’s education. At registration you will have the opportunity to sign up for various activities needing parent help through our PTO (Parent/Teacher Organization).
Please check out the following pages on our website: CTLS Tuition, Supply List, and Calendar. If you have any questions, please contact the school office. We are looking forward to seeing you on Registration Day, Wednesday, August 13th. We hope the remainder of your summer vacation will be enjoyable.
